In-Home Support
Choices4u provides support/assistance for participants with their daily personal activities. Choices4u respects participants’ rights and needs; a checklist of support tasks will be developed between our intake officer and the participant and/or their family members for creating a support plan for support workers to follow up. Choices4u also acknowledges clients’ choice and preference in selecting the right support worker and delivering the required services. The developed services/checklist will be reviewed weekly to adjust and address participants’ individual needs. In-home support includes domestic assistance (e.g., cleaning, laundry, cooking) and personal care (such as bathing, showering, dressing, feeding, toileting, and grooming).
